What you need to know about pain in chest, Panic Attack

Pain in chest, panic attack creates a real dilemma. Can you seize the chest pain is simply a symptom of panic attack and ride it out? Or go to the hospital and get it checked out?


Nobody wants to be radical, but ignore chest pain may be fatal. What should I do?

If everything checks out then you know that you probably have you engaged in panic attack and not a problem of the heart. While You cannot kill panic attack, make sure that the feeling as it will in time. Panic attack does not threaten you, but it destroys your life.
